The question regarding pay was awkward. I would have thought the interviewer would have been more direct i.e. "you will be making X per hour" instead of her asking me what I thought I should be making especially since the job she had in mind for me was not what I applied for. Also, I asked the interviewer what the make up of the employees were and she indicated that most were young and inexperienced but that was great because of something about transitioning to paperless and young people were more inclined to "get it". I don't know, to me it came across as if older people were maybe less of an asset in an office like that. It was just an odd comment given the context of the question.
