You have to do a video on your laptop webcam where you answer why you want to work there. From there you are given a five part “ mock” letter to Hunter, your new client where upon you introduce yoursel and why you’re “ excited” about working for him and what software programs you like to use ( i.e. time management, Calendar , group/ team conferencing ). Also, you upload your resume too. THEN you have to take a situational behavior assessment ( i assume to see how well you work under pressure), if you pass that, you’re given a Predictive Index Cognitive test which is a VERY DIFFICULT 50 question test with only 12 minutes to take it in…. What’s not to like about all this ( insert sarcasm)… and after all that I got this canned response ( actually I’m very relieved because i know i would have hated working here) …
