After telling the projected manager why I switched from full-time to freelance (to make more money and have more control over my schedule), she said "OK, but why did you REALLY leave?" I felt like she was digging for dirt- either on my co-worker or on my last agency. I did not provide her with any.
They asked about my expertise on social media and they really went into the nitty gritty.
