Questions in the 15min video interview covered my general interest in the position and why I was compelled to apply. Also, my specific interest in the area of focus for the specific position. The second interview dug more into specific past experiences, work style, ability to deal with difficult people and strategies for driving consensus within a committee. There were also questions about existing relationships with the organizations/programs that they fund and my ability to establish those relationships quickly. It seemed like they were looking for someone who came equipped with numerous pre-existing relationships with the recipients of their grants.
