Very standard questions, like past work history, why I think I would be successful in the position, and most importantly if I think I would fit within their corporate culture (they had me watch 2 10 minute videos before the interview).

Very standard questions, like past work history, why I think I would be successful in the position, and most importantly if I think I would fit within their corporate culture (they had me watch 2 10 minute videos before the interview).

They explained the opportunity fully, answered ALL of my many questions, made it clear this was an independent contractor position and asked: Does it sound like this is a fit for you and something you'd like to pursue.?"
