Why do you want to work in claims?
Tell us about a time where you had to work with a difficult customer. What did you do and what was the outcome?
Name a time you had a situation where you made a positive outcome? Are you willing to attend a two weeks training in CT? Are you willing to work 8-5pm MON-FRI?
The most difficult part was spending an hour in the rain in a tow yard assessing vehicle damages in front of two managers.
