Nothing unusual , STAR base....at the role play they give you 30 minutes to listen a recording and 5 min to prepare. You act like you already have a similar job in a different field and deal with customer-repair shop and estimates...All papers they provide needs to fill up...Quite stressful ,takes 2-3 hours but at the end if they say we will contact you then look another job :)

Role Play Details: Was instructed to listen to the CD and follow along with the written instructions on the desk...the outrageous CD instructions were 30 minutes long & you had an additional 5 minutes to get organized. It was obvious that they were not expecting anyone to be able to actually complete the exercise with any kind of accuracy. The whole purpose was to break you down emotionally and then push you to the edge with the simulated hostile customers.
Role Play Details: If you are successful at the role play then you get an interview with the big boss.
