* 1 general interview, fast and easy. 30 mins * 1 pair programming/ code review in my preferred language (Java or scala) Not easy at all, but the guys were kind. * 1 behavioural interview: questions from a predefined script about my soft skills, what I have done in some difficult cases in my previous job, describe critical situations, my mistakes and how I overcame them. Focus on AGILE. The English guy seemed to be a robot, no positive or negative reaction to my answers. Just interested in making questions. 1 hour.
