Phone interview: about half an hour, general question,Why TD?why Banking? a time you have to teach someone a new technology. In person interview: they have a 2-page list of question for me. what do you think of this position? How do you handle upset customer? How you go beyond a customer's expectations. They wrote my answer on the list as well. Be prepared to ask the interviewers 1-2 questions, try to impress them with your dress code and your attitude.
