HR asked salary requirements and telling me their salary range is quite high, somewhere up to 200K. It doesn't really make too much sense based on their salary data from glassdoor. Also if they can offer that much salary, they don't even need to ask people's salary expectation. It is already 50K above market. In the end, I guess it is just their tricks to hook more people for interviews but in the end, select the one asking the lowest salary.
