I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at bp
Interview
the interview process starts with recruiter calling me and asked some case questions before moving on to modelling test at BP office. Interviewer was very nice and we had great conversation on my past experience, why BP, what is my long term goal and some case studies.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at bp (Kuala Lumpur) in Mar 2014
Interview
I was first interviewed through a call from a recruiter. Once the call was done, I received an email notification from the company's Talent Acquisition System (TAS) that I was successful and the next process will then be informed. After this, I was requested to do some online assessment which consisted of English language test, IQ test, and Stress test. When successfully, I was asked to attend the face to face interview in the office. After that, i waited for another 2 weeks for the offer.

Question 1
What were your most difficult challenges and how do you solve them?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at bp (Swindon, Wiltshire, South West England, England) in Feb 2014
Interview
First communication was great and very professional. Interview was well thought through and there was a panel attending to watch my case study presentation. Staff were polite and seem to be very nice people.
However, they require far to many papers to be filled out, which I later found out was all directed at legally protecting the company in all and every way possible in the future from you the employee. Be warned there is also some very strange third party background checking company they insist on using. You sign a paper to this effect or you dont get the job. These third party companies were at times very unprofessional and rude. This destroyed the entire what was at first pleasant recruitment process at BP.
