HR contacted me about scheduling an interview, and put me in touch with a very professional recruiter, who was able to answer my detailed questions and tell me all about the job. Had two interviews total. First was 4:1 panel that consisted of a mix of behavior and background based. Second was some of that but more focused on fit with the job and organization. In each case, fair, good questions throughout.
