I applied online and then I got SMS saying that n I was called for group interview and then i had to wait for two weeks after that got an email saying I was called for one to one interview with the store manager and then I got mail after few days I was called by manager that i got selected

It was group interview and they asked few customer service related questions and then they gave us some maths problems and they were really easy

Easy and friendly interview. Interviewed with one assistant manager and one manager. They are all very nice and happy to explain more clearly if you don't understand.
The whole process took 45mins.
Several basic retail questions were asked such as what would you do if ....
Received interview outcome within 3 working days and didn't get an offer.

Interview
first a phone-call going over some general data. next was an assessment day. Some alpha-numeric tests and psychological tests. Topped of with a few interviews. Later on a language-test over the phone. Over my stay I noticed interviews getting easier and limited to a face to face interview by someone from HR and the line-manager you would be reporting to.
