I sent cv, received Interview appointment by email maybe after 2 or 3 weeks, interview with 2 members of the team ( by zoom) , questions about your previous experience, job description, etc. They said in max 2 weeks I should receive the feedback but had to wait 3 months for another interview and again the same story...
Initially, a phone screen with talent acquisition. Then phone interview with team manager, very informal and conversational. Finally, a panel interview with team manager, division VP, and a member of HR. Panel interview was behavioral based questions centered around the company values. Answers are excepted in the STAR format.
