bp Finance Analyst interview questions

Bp advertised for Finance Analyst, then changed title to Business Partner with additions to JD then changed to Senior Finance Analyst with modifications. BP should stop wasting interviewee's time if you are not sure about organisation needs. Advertising a job and modifying 3 times really sucks for company of your calibre.

I applied on campus, the interview was an hour and 15 minutes long, fairly simple. Mostly simple behavioral questions. Case questions at the end to see how you think. Again, fairly simple. Nothing too hard. They asked mostly team-based questions. EX. Tell me about a time where you had a teammate do X and you had to fix it
