It is a long process to get in. You will have two interviews, one with HR and two managers and the second one with other guys (peers) and one from any team. They will give you a case study and analyze who did well.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Corporate finance questions and behavioral questions. At the end I was given a case study as well
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at bp (Sydney)
Interview
Bp advertised for Finance Analyst, then changed title to Business Partner with additions to JD then changed to Senior Finance Analyst with modifications.
BP should stop wasting interviewee's time if you are not sure about organisation needs. Advertising a job and modifying 3 times really sucks for company of your calibre.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at bp
Interview
I applied on campus, the interview was an hour and 15 minutes long, fairly simple. Mostly simple behavioral questions. Case questions at the end to see how you think. Again, fairly simple. Nothing too hard. They asked mostly team-based questions.
EX. Tell me about a time where you had a teammate do X and you had to fix it

Question 1
Business Case- they try to get to see how you think about real world business problems.. At the pre-interview reception they said there was really no way to be prepared for it. Fairly simple.
EX. Project X is not profitable, should we keep it?
