Ridiculous..... the process doesn't yield a good selection..... They ask you multiple beha oiral questions which you can make up as you go!! Tell me about a time you had to influence others who didn't report to you. Telll me about a time you were conflicted between safety and profit. Tell me about a time you had to decide to do something that wasn't aligned with our values and vision.

Applied through my campus website and their website and I was contacted the next day and went to a dinner event with other interviewees. I had an interview the next day. The interview was behavioral based questions and a case study on a specific region. The interview was about 90 mins
