Application form, followed by Situational Judgement Questionnaire and Numerical/Verbal test. Numerical test was one of the easier ones I've done. Hard to know what is wanted in the situational judgement questionnaire. The questions make you order situations for how likely you'd be to respond in a different way. Sometimes all the answers are positive things.

Mobile rang at the exact time. Mine was the HR interview, the HR manager was very polite and professional. She greeted me and asked, in what way I would like to have my interview. She patiently listened to my answers. I encountered the problem that her voice was not very clear on the phone and it consumed my time as I had to first decipher what exactly she has been asking.
