Straight forward. Began with a HireVue interview. After that I had a Skype interview with a company analyst. Was handled very quickly and professionally. They were also flexible on adjusting the date of my interview.

First round was a virtual interview that stressed bp values. Next round basic commodity trading basics, price calculation of oil trades, emphasis on safety and integrity. Final was another behavioral round that stressed company values.
