Many hoops to go through, time consuming. The steps and questions had very little to do with the job. I had a phone interview and from the person interviewing sounded like they wanted to end the call asap (think I had the last slot for the day at 19:00).

Online Assessment of Bp Graduate program consists 3 stages:
1. Behavioural Assessment
2. Sitational Judgement
3. Learnability test
You should try to use the STAR technique when considering your answers to the competency questions
It was virtually and straight froward. They ask about basic concepts without details.
Need to be prepared well and make your answers briefly and precisely. Not worry about wrong or right answers. just do your best.

Interview
The interview process took place at my University. It was very casual and relaxed and an overall good experience. She explained things about herself and her career path and a bit about the company. She asked some questions about my CV. She was honest and open and friendly and if there are more people like her at the company, I think it would be a nice place to work. She let me know that they were going to try to hire for the graduate scheme for the following year.
