Initial interview was with the HR personnel which was a general discussion about the role. Moving from the first interview, the second one is a panel interview with 2-3 people from the finance department (manager or much senior) and another department (in my case, it was from purchasing). Second interview was more in-depth and asked more questions about the work involved, experience in the specific tasks involved for the position, etc. I only got through the second interview as the role didn't match to what my experience was.
