O processo de entrevista começou com uma fase online, com gravação de vídeos e só depois de algumas semanas tive o meu primeiro contato com a empresa diretamente.
A entrevista com a empresa foi muito boa e me senti muito à vontade.
Meu único porém, de fato, foi a ""frieza"" das primeiras semanas do processo, pois não havia nenhum meio de contato com a empresa ou recrutadores.
Received an email to conduct a video recording via HireVue. I responded by withdrawing my application. The impersonal nature of how BP conducts interviews should be a big red flag to any considering working for the company. It obviously doesn’t think of employees as human, so beware.

Interview
First round interview with senior lawyer and internal business person (originator). No soft/introduction questions and all technical questions which felt very impersonal. No feedback from BP for a while but received messages from recruiters about the same role and later was sent a holding message by HR. Withdrew from process.
