bp Material Management interview questions

Conversation with company recruiter first; phone interview with hiring manager and in person interviews with hiring manager and HR. Pretty conversational. Got offer just a few days later. Had a lot follow up conversations with HR and hiring manager about the offer. It had been a very positive experience. After I got into the company I understood that the main reason for me getting into the company was because that the VP who hired me was from outside of the Oil & Gas industry as well. Else it was quite difficult to get in from outside of the industry as an experienced hire.
