bp PSCM interview questions

Was approched by a BP, did a phone interview then passed on to the next process which is a formal interview. Although I left feeling the interview went well, a few days later I was contacted and notified I wasn't a fit due to lack of 1 competancy. I don't believe it's fair as that particular competancy can easily be part of a learning curve for any new hire. I was not offered the job, but asked if interested in another position
