I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at bp (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jan 2020
Interview
The whole thing took around 40 mins- a bit more than expected. But that's because I asked a few question about the recruitment process at the end. I was very nervous at the start. Because the interviewer was actually very nice and accommodating it helped to ease my nerve for a bit.

Question 1
Why do you want to work in the Oil and Gas industry?
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at bp (Ann Arbor, MI) in Oct 2013
Interview
Process included various typical technical questions as well as your standard, "Tell me a time when" fillers. Interview staff was friendly but obviously had been through the process many times before and cut to the chase. Overall the interview process was good, but the compensation + relocation requirements left me unable to accept the position
