bp Project Manager interview questions

They invited me to an interview with 2 managers and 1 HR. At that time I already found another job, and I told this to HR on the phone when they invited me. He convinced me to give a shot. During the interview, they said they will ask the questions in English and expect me answer in German, and then they will ask in German, and I should answer in English. As much as I found this strange, of course I went along with it. The interview questions were not interesting or memorable. They were super arrogant and the interview was a waste of time. I wasn't going to take the job anyway (they didn't know it), but the way they treated me was very rude. I wish I said that and simply dropped from the call.

First interview was a short 15 min phone call Virtual interview and psychometric tests 2 zoom interviews. First interview is about your experience and how it ties in with BP Values (e.g tell us a time security was an issue and how did you deal with this?). Second interview are technical questions about the job and sector.
