bp Team Leader interview questions

First there was a phone interview with the hr rep, than I was invited to a group interview with team leaders at 6 AM which was a very fun and interesting interview with a good bunch of people with some classical interview question at the refinery, after that I was invited to an interview with the department manager at 6 AM which was more of career planning that sounded very interesting but not too practical
