They will ask you when you last visitied a Michaels store, and what crafting you are interested in and the last project you worked on. I know of one intereview they actually gave the girl a pen and paper and asked her to draw something. They have also been know to give you a couple of supplies and you had to create something on the spot. Be sure to visit the store and know what depts you are interviewing for.
How good are you with different software? Then they named off different software names that they use and didn't use.
