Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Nothing crazy and none of those questions that are meant to stump you which I appreciated. They gave me real life / conversation questions about my personality, what I like, what I am interested in learning and why this specific role. It was a nice change of pace to actually be able to have a good conversation with the whole team and really get to know them and what I can bring to the table. Really had to just sell myself, that I wanted to learn and grow professionally.
What was a success story for you at your current job?
Can you walk us through your thought process of creating an inventory sheet?
Interviewed with supervisors I don't currently work with so it seemed to be a waste of time. An unexpected question I received was bluntly stated as, "Why do we need you. Do you even know what you're doing?". Seemed offensive but I handled it well and was respected for my honesty.
