Took me about 4 hours to solve the written test. Totally theoretical programming and design concepts. Could not solve all the questions but was later called to come in and meet the concerned persons for salary negotiations.

They leave you alone for an hour in front of the computer and you have to solve SQL and algorithm problems on HackerRank — you can choose the problems, but they prefer you pick medium-level ones. The second interview is also technical, where (from what I understood) you’ll speak directly with the team leader, who will ask you various questions. There might even be a third one.
The NAT they have you take is more of a requirement sheet then a spec sheet. It's implied in the real-world that base functionality should be achieved, then features and the styles applied, my mistake was attempting everything in one submission; however each facet that I attempted to fulfill fell short in one place or another. Achieving what that asked for couldn't be done in 10 hours on a good day by any ASP.NET professional, and if you manage to get an offer for a well-done NAT, tell them no; because you're worth at least twice more than they'll offer you.
