One of the most unprofessional interview experience I had with Sprinklr. The interviewers did not set any context asked personal questions about marriage, father's profession and if I knew Hindi or not. The interviewers had limited functional knowledge for the role they were hiring. Overall a very bad interview experience and to add to the misery, interviews were set up almost at the last moment. I would be called in the afternoon and asked if I can do my next round in the evening. At the best they gave a day's notice and 2 interviewers rescheduled and both of them were late for the interview by 5-10 mins. While a lot is written about their culture, I did not see any of the panelist or interview coordinator's exemplifying them. Terrible experience
