What is your interest in Carrot? Walk me through a typical day, resume, etc. They were your average managerial behavioral based questions. The assessment however was not of my managerial style but rather about the scenarios that my team would face: a single woman living in France wants to know her options for freezing her eggs; a single woman in the Philippines wants to know her options for surrogacy and you are given a copy of a receipt and asked to process a reimbursement for the service provided on the sheet.
