I had multiple interviews with different sectors and groups and the approach in each interview was slightly different. There were lots of questions about experience, project work, and papers / publications. Be prepared to present your work and field specific questions on design choices, design alternatives, etc. There were a few behavioral questions, however, not as many as one would anticipate for an entry-level position. There were several thought questions where there wasn't really a "right" answer, they just wanted to see how you would approach a solution.
