I have to say I don't recall. The process was very informal because Dave and I had known each other for a number of years before I joined Everware-CBDI. Likely it had to do with what I thought my compensation should be.

Usually things like explain a time where you have negatively impacted on your team .. Usually throws candidates .. Because they don't want to admit that they ever have.. But if you acknowledge you have and the way you rectified it and learned from it you will get major brownie points!

No question they posed was difficult or unexpected. It was as much conversational as it was a traditional interview. It was everyone's opportunity to get to know each other and see if there would be a mutual fit within the intricate fabric of the organization. They were fair, straightforward and non- judgmental during the entire exchange.
