He didn't so much ask questions as present his grandiose thoughts of himself and expectations for a "work horse" CFO. He doesn't take more than a weeks' vacation and expects others to follow suit. Likewise pretty much everything else he had to say was full of himself and his wants and needs. He ALSO stated that whomever he hired would be expected to fire staff he didn't like. Really???

Große Datenmengen, wie würde ich sie strukturieren? Montags Morgen, viele Emails, mit vielen Aufgaben. Wie gehe ich das an? Merke, dass ich eine Aufgabe nicht fertig bekomme. Was mache ich? Teamarbeit, unterschiedliche Arbeitsweisen, was für Erfahrung ich gemacht habe. Welche Rolle habe ich in dem Team eingenommen?
Those questions that involve 'what would you do' or 'how would you handle this situation', are the hardest to answer quickly. Be on top of your game!! Respond slowly and deliberately. The want an answer, give it to them.
