They asked me what I would do if I had many tasks to complete at the same time, to do for multiple people.
Questions ranged from trying to assess the candidate's working style, to collaboration, to strategic thinking.
They never deviated from the script, usually had a firing squad format with 8-12 stock questions, and by round 3 were finally asking questions that should have been asked during the first round.
there were really no super difficult questions. they were looking for someone to cover all bases generally and needed a fit for the team at the time.
