I was asked about my experience and fit.
Asked me about my background, passions, why I'd fit in the role.
Are you comfortable with chaos or do you need things to be well ordered.
A few competencies were tested (based on the 14 leadership principles). Among others ownership and bias for learning. Where examples were asked from my previous experiences.
Half of the interviewers were technical/engineers, e.g. BDA and had no idea what the marketing role required.
There were no hard hitting questions. One of them was why I wanted to work at Salesforce?
One question that arose was coming from the background that I have, would I find this role not challenging enough?
If you were offered this position, how much of your time would you hope to spend being strategic versus tactical?
