First interview they only asked to talk about myself and then if I was willing to choose a different city to apply for. In the second interview with the person who would be my direct manager they asked what I wanted to get out of the job, my strengths/weaknesses etc. The next two interviews were very similar, The final interview with the founder they asked me to pitch them on IVY.
