Someone asked what I do in my free time.
1. I had a call with a HR: very cold and unwelcoming asking what's my salary expectations; if I am ok that first, they provide 2-year contract & if it's ok for me they offer fewer vacation days that the countries average. 2. Had a meeting with a head of the location and had a very weird interview; asking personal questions about my age, relationship status, and what my partner is doing for a living. It was too much and so unprofessional that I refused to move forward with the deal :).
Numerous professional questions as well as personality assessment questions. Just answered all honestly and as they related to my experience and myself as a leader.
