Very personal and chatty. The interviewer did not ask any behavioral questions. I think they want to see whether you can suit them by looking at how you talk with them.
Describe me in detail a difficult situation that you have recently faced in consulting; particularly one that you were unable to overcome or which resulted in imperfect results.
The case study preparation material included bits of information about a particular business. After being asked questions about the business such as the challenges it was facing, opportunities, its position in the market, how it relates to your chosen service line. Interview was mainly competency based. Asking to describe a situation where you demonstrated various competencies.
The three part interview day was as expected, technical, case study, and then Partner interview. The Partner asked me several times why I was looking to leave my current consulting job (at another firm) after four years.
No specific behavioral question.
