The most difficult question to answer was when I was asked how I handled a problem I had faced in a previous work environment. It took me a few seconds to identify one, simply because at my previous jobs, the work was so streamline, there weren't many issues.

I guess the assessment test was challenging, but it was required. I think it is also for the applicant to have a feel of the position. I enjoyed the assessment test.
It wasn't unexpected, but I was asked to respond to unique requests and responses from customers, and how I would address their needs. Not knowing their existing customers too well, I had to really put myself in the position of someone who knew Skytap well, and knew the needs of their customers.
How would you come up with new content?
Write around 300 words in company related products/services
