The phone interview lasted about half and hour and mostly consisted of questions about my background, my goals, my experience with HTML/design. There were also fun questions interspersed, such as "What's your favorite restaurant in Seattle?"
One of the interviewers got me to basically do an almost exact replica of the skills test, but on the whiteboard.
