I was drilled by all on all facets of my job how I would respond or manage a situation. A junior candidate would not have been able to handle this. I am experienced so it was not a problem.
Most of the questions were innocuous, but some were definitely oriented towards my interaction with staff; especially resolving issues with personnel. They seemed to want my answers to conform to "older, white hetero male" stereotype.
