It was a mock situation involving problems with a project team's performance and the customer's constant changing requirements. Basically, how would you handle yourself , and what would you contribute to solve the internal and external issues.

How would you handle people that are not willing to change or that are working against the change? How would you contribute to a team that knows what they are doing while you are from another industry with different job experiences?

Reviewed multiple contracts which included providing mark-ups of contracts. The different contracts included Enterprise License Agreement, NDA's, CDA's, Reseller Agreements, Lease Agreements. Discussed different situations and how I would handle different issues. Some of the questions were around specific contract issues.
