They have a list of questions they want to ask you. The complexity is that they all had similar questions but are expecting different answers as they are different teams. I guess it is to see your problem solving capabilities. You can experience the same problem in different circonstances so your approach cannot always be the same, thats how I viewed it. It is pretty much situational questions. How would you react in a situation of conflict? How do you solve it and what is your process. What was your biggest achievement? When you make a mistake or if you are wrong how do you solve it? What is your creative process? How do you react to negative feedback. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Have you ever been unable to meet your own expectations? Why? Have you ever gone way beyond the initial scope of a project and produced a positive result? When is the last time you took a calculated risk? Tell me about a time when you took on a task that went beyond your normal responsibilities.
