How would you deal with a difficult customer? Can you tell us about a time you've dealt with a difficult customer? Can you tell us about a time you made a good impact on your team? A lot of customer based questions.
Prepare a presentation on how you would manage this account's success.
None of the questions stood out. They were typical exploratory questions and focused on my prior experience, including innovation strategies and impact.
