Questions basiques, j'aurais bien aimé que ce soit plus informel et moins comme à l'école avec des questions bateau du genre "quelles sont vos qualités"...on est en 2021...et trop long 1h d'entretien....

Since I have to write something in order to submit, I'll say it very difficult to answer question when the hoist kicks you from the meeting before it starts. Very unprofessional company showed their true colors right up front.

This will give you an idea of what the company is looking for. Focus your answers on quality customer service, your commitment to work weekends, holidays and long hours, and you will do just fine. The one question I asked in every interview was, "What are your three best personality traits?" I followed that up with, "What are your three biggest weaknesses?" Remember to focus on your good and downplay your bad.
