A couple of tedious screening questions to see if one knows anything about the company The online assessment consists of a ghastly series of games designed to assess your skills and suitability for the role. Some games are fine, but the one that tests Emotional Intelligence is utterly useless. At this stage, no communication or similar skills are assessed, which I find absurd.
