How did you resolve conflicts that your customers would bring to you
Talk about projects done. Given a case study how would you solve this? Again this is to just get a bunch of solutions from candidates because their internal staff is perhaps inept. So all they are doing is soliciting free consulting advise. The key thing to understand here is that the hard part is what to do. Once you reveal a solution path, they can just follow up and do it with their staff and they don't need you.

Questions were simple. Mainly related to what I have done in the past, where the service line is headed and where do I see myself along with some technical details. Overall this was more behavioral than technical.
Would you prefer being in an interactive role with clients or in day-to-day activities? I was also asked what type of management style I prefer.
