No difficult questions, however they seemed to be hung up that I was coming from a large company and that somehow I would not be able to adapt to the culture of a small company. They did have me meet with a member of their SDM staff who was nice enough and asked standard day to day scenario questions.

instead of listing specific questions which really dont apply to this role I was asked about my background, my style of customer service, my SOW and scope management, my "plan" to get up to speed, where I thought I would help with the customer, how I could bring my background and experience to the table. All very good questions. By the customer I was asked mostly the same questions but they focused on the effort and SOW and how I would benefit them. Why would I be the best fit? How my prior experiences could help them. Over all a GREAT series of interviews
