The interview lasted for 2 minutes. It was a managerial round. Interviewer asked about the company and role I have been playing. Interviewer was more interested in customers we deal with. They have US based customers and they are quite proud about the same. The next point of discussion was Compensation which I had discussed on telephone. The interviewer said they cannot afford to pay as per my expectation and what they can offer is not motivational for me to leave current company. He is final offer was "I will get chance to work with US customers and very small hike" which was not sufficient.
